Lead our commercial conversations with business owners across the region, opening new markets for our digital advisory, AI and SEO practices.

What we look for

Proven track record opening and closing business relationships with owners and decision makers
Comfortable talking about digital growth in plain language, not jargon
Self-directed and effective in a remote, flexible working environment
Experience in the digital industry is welcome but not essential — mid-career switch professionals are encouraged to apply
Excellent written and spoken English

Build and own a pipeline of business owners looking to grow digitally
Understand each client's business before recommending anything
Work with our advisory, AI and SEO teams to shape the right engagement
Represent 8 Connect Consulting at industry and partner events
Help our clients win — the relationship matters more than the transaction

Digital Advisor to Business Owners

Advise business owners on their digital presence, tools and priorities
Translate business goals into a practical digital roadmap
Coordinate with our delivery teams so what we promise gets built
Stay close to clients after launch and keep improving results
Share what you learn with the rest of the team
